Terms of Service

By accessing or using InfraLint ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

InfraLint is a security scanning tool for OpenTofu and Terraform infrastructure code. The Service includes:

• CLI tool for scanning infrastructure code
• Web dashboard for viewing scan results
• CI/CD integrations
• Compliance validation
• Security policy enforcement

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Restrictions

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent service limits
• Transfer your account to another person without our consent

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or spider any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to compete with InfraLint

Free Tier

The free tier of InfraLint is provided at no cost and includes basic features with usage limitations.

Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You agree to:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
• Accept that we may change prices with 30 days' notice

Refunds

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@infralint.io to request a refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

InfraLint Ownership

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InfraLint and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your infrastructure code and scan results. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your code solely to provide the scanning service.

Open Source

Portions of InfraLint are open source and licensed under separate open source licenses. These Terms do not limit your rights under those licenses.

For paid plans, we commit to:

• 99.9% Uptime: Service availability excluding scheduled maintenance
• Support Response: Within 24 hours on business days
• Data Backup: Daily backups retained for 30 days

The free tier is provided "as is" without any SLA guarantees.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That all security vulnerabilities will be detected
• That scan results are 100% accurate

Limitation of Liability

InfraLint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Failure to pay fees when due

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending an email to your registered email address
• Displaying a prominent notice on the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InfraLint regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
